Condo:
Guests will have access to the condo through a keyless entry door lock with Keypad. Your unique door code will be messaged to you 24 hours prior to your stay.
Pool Access:
Access code will be messaged to you 24 hours prior to your stay. Pool is not heated.
Parking:
Guests are allowed up to two vehicles in the parking lot.
Closest Beach Access Point:
"Pompano Beach Trail" - Directly Across The Street!
Other things to note
Our condo is located on the third floor and can be accessed by stairs. Unfortunately, there are no elevators on the premises.
Bookings must have a 25+ year old guest in their group for the entire stay and pets of any kind are not allowed as per the HOA rules.
Smoking is prohibited inside the condo, or on the patio. There is a designated smoking area on the complex grounds.
